0422 Rotary Club of London-West meeting

哇~第七個扶輪社了....
總算參加到最後一個扶輪社了 !!

最後一個扶輪社是 Rotary Club of London-West，雖然也是自己寫Email給貴社，但這次就沒有這麼幸運的收到回覆了！不過Bruce跟我說他還是願意直接帶我去參加例會，他說直接去其實也是沒什麼關係的。

來這個例會之前，也有聽前受獎人Erin提起幾位社友，所以這次來也有跟他們打聲招呼，並且跟他們報告Erin的近況喔！

今天例會的內容是討論社規，他們針對社規中有問題的部分詳做說明以及修改。

會後，我也積極的直接詢問社長Karen是否可以安排給我做Presentation的時間，當天預定讓我在5月27日做報告，但因為負責人還不確定當天的時間是否真的OK，所以跟我說會再跟我做個確認。

結果，才一天的時間，我就收到社長Karen的回覆囉！
真是超開心的呢！

Hi Joanne,
It was so nice to meet you on Thursday at the Rotary Club of London West meeting and thank you for bringing greetings from Erin.  I know that Dennis will be very happy to hear about Erin and happy to meet you too but on Thursday his wife was being honoured with an award and he had to miss the Rotary meeting that night to be with his wife.

Ken Wilmott is the person looking after our meetings and I have told him you would like to present to our club at the end of May, May 27th, and that works out fine for us and we are very happy to have you come to our meeting that evening and give your presentation.  I am also copying our President Elect, Pat Lavery, so she knows too. 

Please keep in contact with Ken and he will assist you with whatever you may need for the May 27th meeting.
